Good governance and regulatory quality in the municipalities of the province of Santa Fe

The Litoral Law May 2019

In the present work we propose to reflect on the normative quality in Municipalities and Communes, delimiting some references to the province of Santa Fe.

With that purpose, we will first briefly review the concepts of good governance and good administration; then we will investigate the idea of normative quality, to go towards the mention of some techniques that may be applicable at a local level to improve said quality; to then make some references to innovation from the municipalities, arriving-finally-to a series of conclusions that do nothing but seek to generate debate and exchange of ideas.

In this way, the municipality being the area of power closest to the citizen – as the cradle of democracy – the mandates of good governance and good administration acquire greater relevance and impact on the daily lives of citizens.
